AI Trading Agents: Our AI-powered trading agents are experimental tools that make automated trading decisions. These agents may perform unpredictably and are not guaranteed to be profitable. You are responsible for monitoring and managing all AI agent activities.

Third-Party Integrations: BlueGold integrates with third-party services including Alpaca Markets (trading and market data), Stripe (payments), and Supabase (authentication). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functionality of third-party services.

Service Availability: We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlueGold and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising from your use of the Service.

Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service, or any part thereof, at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
